Heidi was the buyer's agent for this Gig Harbor home.
The buyer's walked in to this home and knew it would be perfect. They wanted a project. The more we looked at the home, the more we realized it was mainly cosmetic items that the buyers could do themselves and that got them even more excited.
The neighborhood was walking distance to the Uptown Center and the homes all had fairly good sized lots with green belt space for more privacy.
